Ukraine's military intelligence service says the first North Korean units trained in Russia have arrived in Russia's Kursk region, where Ukrainian forces have staged a cross-border incursion. US officials have said the move shows the Kremlin is 'desperate for manpower.'

North Korea NEED real combat experiences to get their feel to learn and adapt for KOREAN WAR, their war.
