#25. You were in the wrong. At the start it is quite clear that the other card was already partially by the obstructions while you were still behind them. As your side of the road was what was obstructed then you yield right of way to the vehicle whose lane is not obstructed.

#7 You could have avoided this. The distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you didn't start to shrink until AFTER you noticed the car on the right was going to merge in front of you. It looks like you closed the distance in an attempt to block him out. That's why you lost your truck. #21 I wouldn't say idiot. More like not careful. In wet conditions you want to be especially careful on your choice of when and where to do things like change lanes, and you want to make your move quick and decisive. In this case, you timed your move for right when that car blocks you from seeing that other car and blocks that other car from seeing you. Plus you took so long to change lanes that you were still in the process of doing it when you reached that silver car. Ideally you would have been done with your lane change before you reached that corner.
