From pigs to avocados, ITV News Correspondent James Mates looks at how produce and farmers are being impacted by the extreme weather.

Water conservation has a very easy start...

1) Don't leave the tap running when you brush your teeth
2) Don't flush after peeing (or flush only after 4 or 5 pees)
3) Restrict tourists to only one shower a day

My brother visited me (in Spain) recently, and while cleaning his coffee mug he rinsed it out FIVE times before we realised what he was doing. It's educating people not to waste the stuff that will help the water crisis first.
