Really well said, they want to "go into your head and get under your skin" and stay there, with narcissists it's all about power and control No wonder that someone under influence of a narc feels exhausted coz they steal all your energy I call them emotional vampires !

You're correct....I learned to say, 'Whatever." It distances you, and it's like saying you just don't care to give your opinion to them because they arent worth it. Besises, if you give your opinion they twist it into control....so don't provide information ...it destroys the narcs ammunition.

Exactly 💯. Go no contact, or if your in situations where you can't go no contact, example, if you have children together, go gray rock method. Remember...they love attention. Whether it be positive or negative attention, it's still attention. Give them nothing.

I had a narc neighbor try to bully me to get attention. I called him out on it and shut that down real quick! He told me he was bipolar. I told him he wasn't relevant in my life and I didn't need to put up with his nonsense. He rallied with another neighbor of mine who happens to be my ex and they both enjoy spending time spying on me and gossiping and bashing me. Shows that some men never truly grow up no matter what their biological ages are. They're both in their mid 60s!
