No lease ever signed. I have lived in the residence for 13 yrs. My rent has never been late. A verbal eviction was given to me because the landlords garage caught on fire. Now they want the residence to live in until their home while repairs are done. Again, no lease and was given a verbal eviction. No paperwork has ever been in play for the 13 years I have lived here. Is this legal?

Hello, in 30 day notice for ending the lease, is there any bill of particulars need be filed and if so, would this be just restate the lease has ended with the copy of the lease termination notice?
