Q: Where is your accent from?
A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.

Q: Do you work? What do you work as?
A: I used to work in Marketing and PR but since having our third son I am now focusing on my vlog full time (in between being a mummy of course).

Q: Who’s in your family?
A: I have been married to Matt for 7 years, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser is 7, Caleb is 4 and baby Jackson who is 1.

Q: What camera do you use to film?
A: I film my videos with the Canon G7X and Olympus Pen EPL7.

Q: What lighting do you use?
A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

Q: Where do you get music from?

To distract my baby from the off limit kitchen cabinets, I’ve designated a drawer just for him. I filled it with random plasticware, cups, toys, straws, etc and it keeps him occupied and safe while I cook!

Love it! My fave mum hack is having a dustpan and brush just for the table and worktops, to quickly clear up after meals. I have a different colour one for the floor so I don't mix them up xx

I worked at a shoe store for several years. Make sure when you are measuring your child's feet they should be standing up with one foot in the measuring tool but with equal weight on both feet.

My best tip was an accident really, but get an essential oil necklace!!! When your kids are hurt and crying or angry and not calm, have them smell it. Because telling a child to calm down and breathe doesn’t work, but saying “smell this yummy smell” they have to breathe slower and calm down almost instantly.
Best accident ever!!!

- One of my favorite "hacks" is when I see a baby playing with household items, I will buy or find non-working or old used versions of items just for them. you can find old phones, remote controls, keys, etc, etc.
- Speaking of phones, your previous smartphone makes a great clock, a kitchen command center (via the right apps on the home screen like Youtube, Netflix, or recipe apps.)
You could use your old phone as a ready-to-go backup phone in case your regular one is ever missing, broken or low on battery; - - you could use it as a dedicated hotspot to beam out mobile data access without draining your primary phone's battery.
- Keep it handy for emergencies. Any cell phone can make emergency calls, even if it's not connected to active service.
- Keep an old phone charged and in your car or travel bag; if something bad happens and your active phone is either dead or unavailable, you'll still have a way to get through to 911.
- Make it your live window into the world via "EarthCam Webcams app" (Kids love seeing different places around the world in real time!)
- Convert it into a gaming device for your downtime. Silly as it may seem, your old phone is a mini-arcade just waiting to be called into action.
- Leave it in your car as a dedicated GPS. that way you're not fumbling around trying to connect your phone when you get in the car.

Oooo! I love the bath toy and frozen marshmallows hacks! Thanks, Emily! A hack that I've loved is reusable baby food pouches!! Some of them are freezer safe as well. Instead of storing homemade baby food in bulky jars, the pouches are fabulous. And if you are spoon feeding, you can squirt them right onto the spoon. When my 18 month old wants applesauce, he will bring me an empty pouch from his kitchen drawer.

One of my fave hacks is to hang a full set of school uniform on one hanger so each time a uniform is needed it’s all together. I do that for hubbys fire uniform too. So handy.

I am a mom of 4. A life saver idea for my kids has been using a cookie tray for play doh and water painting. It contains the mess and provides boundaries for play.
