Awesome video and template, this is what I was looking for but need a little help. I need to insert a calendar there, because if we want to look at the history for a different date, how do I do it? Because the status is always up to date.

Amazing work Indzara! But i have one question. In the Status and past due age section there are only 1 option at a slicer. PAST DUE and 91+days in the other one. How can I add DUE DATE and CURRENT to the slicer?

Hi Indzara, could the invoice tracker print invoices? For example, if I selected invoice 10, and wish to generate an invoice to send to my customer, is it possible. By the way, enjoyed your video. Thank you.

Hi Indzara,

I'm facing a situation where a customer had 3 invoices. He made a partial payment on time and paid the remaining way later than the due date. Now, how do I keep track of which payment was paid when? Like lets say invoice 3 amount was $300 and he paid $100 and $200 on a later date. Now, how to keep track of what is paid when?

Thank you so much for this wonderful Invoice Tracker Excel, however, I'm having issues with the Status column, since I put a formula on the amounts under Invoice Paid, even though I have been paid it says Past Due, and also for some reason there is always a penny left on the current or past due amount on the top. Can you please help me.

Omg this is just want I needed to get my new business organized. I have a question. I have a final payment date which I will put as DUE DATE but can I add Payments Schedule? Some clients want to give monthly payments. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Indzara, I found your sheet in my search for a way to track our small business purchases. I want something simple that will let me see what vendor purchases are open so I can properly plan for payment when the product is shipped. I think this sheet will work perfectly, but my question and I will ask it in relationship to sales since this is how you wrote this. In your sheet when a customer makes a partial payment you show what remains as due. What happens when that customer makes another payment, do I need to mentally add the previous payment to the new payment? I am afraid that if that is the process I will end up with data entry errors that would be confusing. Thank you in advance for considering my question and I think this sheet is great and will download it as I know I can make it work for my small business.

Great Video. I have started to use the template but have continuous Errors on a lot of my rows where input has been added. there is no information missing. Can you assist? Also no information is given for payments in the next 7 days.

I love this template but I do have a question. I'm using this template to track insurance claim invoices and i'm wondering if there is a way to add a column that would subtract an insurance co-pay amount from the invoice total?
