Great for regaining mobility after shoulder/biceps tendon issues. Started with no weight (holding a pen or kitchen roll tube), until completely pain free, then slowly built up. Thanks for sharing this!

I started doing this 3 weeks ago tomorrow, I started with 1.5 kg and after a week I got myself some 3 kg weights.
I love it!
I have slightly rounded shoulders and had an impingement in my left shoulder last year so to be able to do this feels so good.
I started at a gym recently as well, I decided that when I turn 50 in the end of 2024 I will be at my fittest.
Now I just need to buy the SMM program. 🙂🥳

This feels SO GOOD at 8 lbs . Who knew! Ty ty !
I have had a rotator cuff and one arm and bursitis that requires steroid injection and very aggressive physical therapy to break up a capsule. It was no fun. And I don’t wanna go through that again, so I am very good with my shoulders and I’m learning I should be doing this with all my joints .

I've been dealing with a right shoulder injury for just under a year which has been a pain in the a**. But since trying this exercise, i noticed that it feels so much better. Still not 100% but the improvement is significant!

I can’t believe it. I had shoulder pains for so long. Been doing this for more than a week now. At first without weight and already after few days felt better. Since I don’t have weights at home I am now using a big jar of mayo and it feels great heheh Thanks man. You fixed my shoulder with this.

My only criticism is that a person could hurt their wrists this way and they should be careful about that.

I typically do these with clubbells. It's cool to see a dumbbell variation though, because dumbbells are wayy more common and easy to find. 😅

That's way heavier than I could do that movement and I'm a large enough dude that could comfortably get off the couch and curl her. Getting a useable range of motion is a whole new world. A new fantastic point of view. I think I'll be ambiable for decades longer of my lifetime by this new fitness fad that I wish were the rage in my formative years. We actually thought muscle bound was a heroic type goal.
