I sent in an impact 3 months ago... Still haven't gotten it back and when I called to check the status. They hung up on me after waiting 42 min on hold. So I called back and was put on hold again for 26 min and hung up on again. I got pissed and emailed them. Still haven't gotten a reply back and it's been a month. I'm done with Milwaukee. I don't care how "good" their tools are. There are way better companies to deal with to have to put up with this BS.
I will gladly paid more for my tool truck cordless tools because when they break down. My dealer will hand me a loaner to use while my tool is being repaired or just hand me a new one.

That's sweet. I'm glad I've invested in Milwaukee as well. But man, they really need to do a case study on how you are using your drills lol.

Fuck they sent me my same tool back with new insides beat up worse that when I sent it. Was yours smoking im really pissed about them screwing mine up more than when I sent it. Mine kept dropping my drill bits. Been debating getting a one key one.

Whatever you do don't send your tools to Milwaukee's service center in Nashville they only communicate when I make them and now they're just blaming Milwaukee and Milwaukee is blaming them. A huge mess so maybe if I would have sent it to Milwaukee it would have been fine.
