you can submit a warranty for a damaged tool without a receipt and all that provided it falls within the manufacture date and warranty period??

You probably should have slapped a battery in it and tested it, before you ended this video. I have sent off several products for warranty claims (not Milwaukee) that came back unfixed, or broken in different ways.
