So true for DPD! They are the worst. I once even ran after a delivery guy after he decided to ring and run, but he refused to come back.

In Poland we stopped using couriers circa 2018, now everybody chooses parcel lockers. When parcel arrives you get notification on your app. You use app to open the doors as your approach, then take it out and done. And parcel lockers are absolutely everywhere. Its soo convenient.

It's happened to me several times now, that they didn't even ring the bell... I was home all day and at some point just found the notice that they put the package somewhere else...

😭 I was watching on tracking for a package, they buzzed once, I ran down 6 flights of stairs and by the time I reached the door they were gone...this sketch is just too real 😭

In the Netherlands, DPD is the most feared of them all because everytime we get something from DPD they just give us a card without ringing.

My DHL deliverers are a remarkable exception. They are hard working and, in spite of bad stress, friendly, reliable and helpful. ❤

Royal Mail does that in certain parts of London too (besides stealing your parcel). So people ambush the mail man by staying quietly behind their door. When red card slips in, they violently open the door and shout "I was inside all the time. Now where is my parcel?"

Lol! As an American, I had no idea!! We have the opposite problem. We get the delivery but a thief takes it before we can bring it inside! 😂

Lol some of ours doesn't even ring the bell to give some paper to notify. We just get a random Sms that says we werent home while sitting in our home :D

Not just Germany. The same in Australia, they just leave the missed you note despite people sitting inside the house all day.

This is so true. Every second time I open the door, the delivery service already stands on the neighbourghs house because they supposed I would not be at home.
