The dialogue from King Dice does kinda still make sense in a way, when you play as either Cuphead or Mugman the game treats it as if he’s talking to both as that’s what’s happening, Mugman is just not visible to the player due to not being controlled by a 2nd player but is seen in cutscenes still as he is still there in the story. When talking to King Dice as Ms. Chalice, think of it this way: he’s talking to the Cup brothers and Ms. Chalice is just an a person behind them and aiding the brothers in completing their tasks. Basically story-wise, he’s talking to the brothers and Ms. Chalice is just a random accomplice following the brothers as far as he’s concerned so he doesn’t need to specifically call her out. On things like the dialogue from the King Dice and the Devil bosses, they’re talking to the group as a whole (whether that be just the brothers or including Ms. Chalice as she’s an accomplice) so again, there’s no need to specifically call anyone of the duo/trio out

You get no parry bonus for hitting the hearts above the cards with Ms. Chalice, because it's so much easier. Also, if you stand under King Dice's hands and jump as he claps, parry straight away to roll a 1 every time.
