Amy represented the old way. Jo the new way. Meg marrying hurt Jo for she thought Meg was a partner in this new way. Beth dying was sad

Let realize this book written by Louisa May Alcott was about how women did not want just a life as a woman who should marry and pop out kids. It was about liberation.
