One cannot say with confidence that these drinks are helpful, good or bad, so after all these drinks are synthetic in nature and synthetic drinks are always not good. As much as possible you have to take natural drinks, natural drinks, coconut water, butter milk, they are much better than these synthetic drinks. Whether they have any side effects, there are not sufficient evidence to validate it. You have to take your own call, Sometimes if you have any preexisting conditions, it can interfere with these drinks. So better take some expert guidance before taking these drinks. So stay healthy.
