Rudraprayag was definitely deserving of that no. 1 position. I speak as a person from this district. Specially at the Kedarnath highway. Excessive tourism and blasting off mountains for road widening was the worst decisions of state and centre.

In an initial news it's a earth quake vibration happened at wayanad, but latter confirmed as an heavy amount of rainfall had been washed out everything where it was flown.

And it may not called as land slide... Landslide will be called.... If the earth layers moves then only....! Generally the hill area surrounded earth layers moves itself unexpectedly most of the times due to some reasons.

1. What strict amendments & action each government of State is going to take against all dwellers, houses, resorts etc and miners too who are still alive in these ecosensitive areas as of today to prevent further loss of human life ?

2. Whether govts are goung to incorporate and amend their building n development act & rules and other enforcing laws prevailing to deterr people to build any dwellings, houses, resorts, etc or to do any sort of mining whether legal or illegal
3. Grant aid to plant thousands of suitable trèes.on all these eco sensitive areas or take all such precautionary steps to strengthen this eco sensitive areas
Answers to the above queries we all citizens who are alive wants to know AS FROM WHEN the govt will PUT THIS IN ACTION so that in future such disasters do not happen to us or our progeny to be wiped out from this earth..
