To call him the worst, you would have to be comparing him to all the rest. Are you absolutely certain there were no headmaster worse than he was? Yeah, he could be called terrible...but the worst?

On the contrary. I think he’s one of the best Headmasters Hogwarts has ever had. I know people hate him because of everything he did like the things stated in this video, and, in the words of Severus Snape, “raising Harry like a pig for slaughter” and stuff like that, but at the end of the day he did all of that to stop Voldemort. Without Albus Dumbledore, Voldemort probably would’ve succeeded. In my opinion, the ends justified the means. He did everything to help save the Wizarding World, including willingly dying for it. He understood that some sacrifices just had to be made. Dumbledore knew and was more aware than anybody of everything that was happening and had reasons for everything he did and every risk he took. Albus Dumbledore was a great man.
