Clearly a marketing for tesla because it has no chance against audi’s quattro

Tesla's traction control appears to be right up there with the best.

The day has come where a smartphone can beat Quattro.

I drive the RS4 variant and I am so surprised to see an A4 struggle like this. I did not expect this.

The Tesla does better but it actually has Dual Motor so it's esaier too. plus EV precision torque

Great video, short, sweet, and to the point. Kudos. Others would turn this same material into a 30 minute video and not add anything useful to it.

Flawless victory + Fataliy. Tesla wins.

It's not that the Audi is bad, it's the Tesla that is so superior. What was the best 10 years ago barely qualify as acceptable nowadays.

The Tesla looks it like it applies power in pulses to figure out which wheel is spinning and which is not, then the computer applies brakes onto the spinning wheel.

So many years of Audi Quattro research vs some new car brand without experience

That was a cool test. Thanks for sharing!

This is when you match Raptor HDD with 970 pro SSD.

I wonder if the RS4 traction control is implemented entirely in hardware. As in it can't fixed with programming

Woa, great video! I wonder how the Model 3 moves with only one wheel on the ground because there is one motor for the whole axle.. Does it actively brake the other side?
What happens if all 4 tires are on rollers? :D Does the car complain/detect that it doesn't move?

This 4x4 electric power is crazy. Do a test with Audi and Subaru.

It's so much more easier to control traction when using electricity. And obviously, Tesla has advanced algorithms too.

I am not a fan of Audi but have to point this out the weather looks better when the Model 3 was tested. That being said Tesla software and motor management is the best in the industry look at the range and the performance.

Tesla dual motor is better than AWD of ICEs simply because it is controlled by electrical current. It can be on/ off, or increase/decrease power in a blink of an eye while the ICE's AWD has to move a lot of components to transfer power.

Hmm. When one wheel was on the ground he didnt floor it in the A4. The differentials only fully lock under heavy throttle, no matter what mode you put the car in which means this test is invalid. Do it again but floor it this time. Electric motors dont work the same way as an engine and an AWD system that has a transfer box and what not. Tesla doesnt have that. Not to mention the gearbox and its gear ratios. This test is just a rubber bone for the tesla fans to chew on because they have no clue how AWD powertrains work...
