It would be interesting to see a comparison to 18” 19” and 20” wheels with the same tire manufacturer.

I’m into great handling cars and I can’t say the Tesla Model 3 Dual Motor handles like my GTI did, or my Fiancé’s Alfa Romeo Giulia. I can definitely feel the weight and roll when turning, but its center of gravity does its magic and turns this 4250 lb car into something more agile than its weight makes it. It’s also a very pleasurable vehicle to drive in its own unique way. The chairs are super comfortable. The acceleration makes everyone inside chuckle.

Really impressive for an electric car. This car seems well balanced and would be fun car to drive due to rwd!

EVs are fascinating from a physics point of view, because you can clearly see here the big plus and the big negative. The big plus is a low centre of gravity with mass distributed throughout the car - ICE cars can only dream of this, and the benefits are evident in this test. The big negative is the fact it weighs 1830kg, when a similar ICE car, like a Ford Focus, weighs 1300-1400kg (half a tonne lighter) - that's a vast amount of heft if you're going to play with Newton's first law!

Vore intressant att se hur standard versionen skiljer sig från dual motor long range på älgtestet.

What kind of tires did you use? What brand, what model? I believe they were not really good just regular. And what was the temperature outside? Everything is important.

those 19 inch wheels are trash. To heavy and cracks easy.
18 inch aero wheels are the superior choice

Yeah it's not 2, 139 kg, as you say in your video. 1, 825 kg is the right number, .

I have to wonder how the performance model 3 would do? It’s quite a bit heavier due to a larger battery, it also has larger 21 inch wheels.
