HOW I LOST MY LEG | From 9 year old kid to cancer to amputee.

So I am pretty new to this whole Youtube thing but I thought I'd begin by sharing my story of how I lost my leg and my battle with Cancer. Any questions ask me down below. I'm planning on doing weekly chats like this so if there's anything you want to see tell me.

Breaking your leg was a Blessing in disguise, who knows how much worse it could’ve gotten. And how much farther it could have spread. I’ve heard other stories about people injuring themselves and then discovering cancer. How can anyone thumbs down this video?

Hi Jess, Just watched your video and one thing that kept coming to me was, “You are such a strong person!” You are so strong and what you’ve been through is something I cannot imagine. Although I was born with a very rare lifelong illness and have spent my whole life in hospital I still wouldn’t be able to know or understand your unique experience with cancer as a 9 year old. I also cannot imagine how your parents felt seeing their little girl being so sick and having chemo. I’m not your parent and I was crying! :) I’m glad to have seen and heard your story. You are an inspiration and it’s amazing how you were on DWTS! And you are gym-ing too, which makes me think of how I’m gym-ing too despite my flattened femoral head. But anyways great to know you =D I’m Nikki, from Melbourne. P.S. Your 14 hour surgery beat my 12 hour liver transplant surgery! Oh and I was born in 1992 as well, and like you I am also telling my story :)

You are amazing! I cried when you said about the little boy dying 😢 it shouldn't happen to children. I lost my son when he was 7 - not from cancer, he drowned. But I can feel total real empathy for any parent watching their child battle cancer and get really sick and possibly die. It's so not fair 😢💔

A lot of disabled people would've had a dependent life after such a catastrophic disaster but you didn't. You showed who's the boss.... Awesome!!
And if i'm not mistaken there is a puppy story where your dad tells you can have a puppy of your choice when you get fixed.
