Let me explain this situation for you. When you enter the hospital, you should show them your health code(it’s compulsory and it’s in your alipay app)but she didn’t know how to say that in english. Clearly her English was very bad. So it’s just a misunderstanding problem. She said she wanted to find a translator but sadly she can’t find one immediately and you guys didn’t want to wait for a translator.😂😂😂

It's obviously a communication problem. That place not being able to serve the pregnant lady is because nobody in that Chinese Hospital speaks English. the receptionist told them to wait a moment she has to make phone calls to make some accommodation, possibly get a translator or refer to a bigger hospital where it has an English speaking doctor. Then they just left and later accused them for not serving them, what the hell?
if it was a medical emergency, that would be a problem. But it wasn't! Be rational here guys....

Sorry to say but this is a fake video. Actually the Chinese lady tries to help the black couple. She doesn't speak English but you can tell from her face and body language she's gentle to the couple and tries to help them. When she goes back the second time inside, she tries to get a translator. Why the man decides to leave suddenly instead of waiting for translator? He decides that the wife doesn't need help any more ? Why? The man/couple is doing this for money? It's a shame!
