Guys listen please. I don’t even care if you wanna bully me I can handle it. Just please explain to me why it’s so hard to make the shift from 1st to 2nd smooth. This is my 7th manual car. I’m 27 years old. I don’t fucking get it. Taking off in 1st easy once I learned it. Rev matching downshift even easier. But fucking upshifting smoothly is taking me over a month to get down?! Why? Every time I shift into second or 3rd I see my fiancés hair come forward and it’s driving me insane. I make her go on like 10 drives a day just to practice it. I’ve never struggled so much. It’s not even an sti. Am I alone? Advice? Even bullying accepted.
