Bhutanese cuisine has always fascinated me as a chef because there aren't Bhutanese restaurants like their are Indian, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, shoot I've seen Cambodian, Burmese. Nepalese, Mongolian(real Mongolian) but you never see Bhutanese restaurants even in big cities like NYC or SF!!
