In 2017 i was unmotivated with photography after around 18 years of it. I started using a film camera for the first time in almost a decade and fell in love with it again. I wondered what clicked again and realized like many people in this video, it was the usage experience! The engaging camera operation. Did research and found the XT Line. Haven’t looked back.

There is a certain joy of using Fujifilm cameras. I now have the X H2s and X T5 with an x100vi on backorder. The film simulations, recipes and the shooting experience is so "fun". I've gone through Sony A7R iv, A7 iv, R6, R6 ii, Nikon Z7ii, Z6 and the Fuji is the only system for me.

The X100VI is my first new camera purchase since my a6300 in 2016. I now understand the hype. Also that bus looks really nice.

As someone who has shot Fujifilm since the XT1 and recently returned from an incredible 2 weeks away in Japan and South Korea, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this (twice) - It was great to see you at some of the same places I visited!

I have a bag full of Canon DSLRs, a Canon Mirrorless, an old Canon pocket camera and a Fuji X100V that goes everywhere with me.

This is maybe my favourite video of yours Taylor. The pacing, this history, the antics, the interviews (both candid and planned). It is everything that I have come to expect and hope for from a Taylor Jackson youtube video.

My XT-3 and X-E4 cameras are just fun to use, and while they have a lot of features, these features are easy to use and access.

I still remember I was the only one among 60 photographers, who shot with Fuji Xh2s in NAC Banff last year. really love the sooc jpg results as I could tweak the color before shooting

I shoot a FF and a X-H2. What drew me to Fuji, the incamera recipes that I don’t need to edit after. I get the shot at the time. I feel I enjoy the creative process more as I know I am 95% done with little/no need to edit after. I am bored with the technically accurate colors at times, I love that filmic look.

I switched from the canon 60D to a Fuji X-T4 and have loved using it. It has served me well for all my photography needs so far and the dials are a true joy to use. I will be using my X-T4 and a friends X-T5 to shoot the upcoming eclipse which I am really looking forward to. Fuji 150-600 on the 5 and a Viltrox 13mm on the 4. Should be a good time as long as it isn't overcast lol.

It's a real shame the X-H2 is pasm styled. The screen is dumb and useless, settings are always visible either on screen on on the camera (with dials). Part of me wishes that they would just combine the XH and XT cameras, they are close enough to each other and use practically the same hardware. Regardless, I still plan on upgrading to the X-H2.

Also, when are they going to expand in the the film market! Surely instax has built a large enough part of gold for them to start bringing some older films back.

I started shooting weddings on a Nikon D810, then two A7RIII’s for 6 years.

The problems with the system got more irritating to me over time and it made me really not enjoy photography/hybrid coverage.

Enter the A7RV. It fixed all of my pain points, and still was a massive overall improvement beyond the A7RIII.

Having said that, it still feels soulless. It’s a great, probably perfect tool, but that’s about it.

I picked up the X-T5 and the X-H2S. I haven’t gotten to know the H2S much yet, but I absolutely LOVE the T5. It made me enjoy photography again because I can take it with me everywhere. I can take GREAT photos of everyday things and not even have to edit them. I’m greatful to Fujifilm for restoring my love of photography.

Such a cool video ! I have been a fuji shooter for about three years now and my love for photography has only grown to say the least. The cameras are great, the colors straight out of camera even better. I am honestly glad to see Fujifilm picking up so much market these days in the digital sector, amongst all the crazy professional level gear (which they also make, yeah, I know). I think the beauty of the fujifilm cameras still lie in the smaller, more compact versions like the x100 or the x-e series with smaller prime lenses.

I took the exact same photos through the blossom of the Tokyo Tower last week on my XT5. Just moved to Japan and love the photographic opportunities here . Very interesting to see Fujis history.

Not sure what it is but ever since I got my x100s I actually love it more than my other cameras. It’s black magic!!!

Loved this video - entertaining and who doesn't love talking about Fuji - film and cameras. I started with a Finepix, then an XT-1 which I will never sell, XT-4 that I sold and just purchased the XH-2. Simply beautiful cameras, all of them. And the color is what drew me when I first bought the Finepix (which I also still have!).

So much fun, thanks and sometimes people do forget: Even though a think is hyped, does not mean it is bad. Happens in a lot of hobbies, I can a lil bit relate, when you are in your bubble and over the years more people come in and make it difficult to buy, what was easy to be before. That sucks. The x100 is not the BEST but it is a great camera. Happy Thursday, 😊
