Great video! For the people that got 33 cars on their personal credit. Why not sell the cars to the business subject to and use a servicing company to pay the loans on the vehicles after 3 months you can show the loans are being serviced and get them removed from your DTI? Not sure if you can do it at that scale. But I've done this with homes transferring a home in my name to my business. loans still in my name but the business owns it and it's serviced by a 3rd party now removed from my dti.
