That looks amazing. However the sound quality of your video is poor and so, coupled with the hectic background noises, I could not hear the name of one of the spices you added to the marinade (brown spice in a bottle). Nevertheless I look forward to trying this recipe. Thank you.

Can I ask what SALT AND PEPPER GRINDERS you are using??? Iv tried so many and found they do not last regardless of how expensive they have been. If you have a make or can provide a link to where you purchased then that would be great. Enjoyed this... Thank-you..
