I absolutely love it when YouTube's don't waste your time and are honest i.e. "you can just get the product list in the description but we would love for you to keep watching and see how we made our choices"
Thanks Linus.❤
For that i give a 👍 and will watch the whole vid.

upd: for those who asked, my country is Ukraine. you'd think that computer parts would be cheaper here (because everything else is), but it's not the case.

in my country, Intel's processors cost about 80% to 90% more than AMD's, while offering 10% to 20% better performance. I wouldn't even call that competition.

I've given up on Intel and Nvidia combo. Was always been with them since my 1st PC. My Intel+Nvidia gaming PC is 3 years old now and not gonna upgrade them anymore. Their prices keep getting unreasonable.
Currently building an AMD (R7 2700X + Vega 64) rig now. Just waiting for my Kraken to arrive to complete the assembly (out of stock in Indonesia since last October :D ) . But already tested it and it runs great. Far Cry 5 (Ultra setting) gets 97-108 FPS on my ultrawide 1440p monitor. Fantastic!
Bye-bye Intel and Nvidia! It's been a great journey. Too bad you guys become too greedy along the way.

Linus and team, good video. Thankfully, it isn't all team Blue. But, it's exciting to see how the market has shifted due to the competitive nature of corporations in this market. Hopefully, team REd can find some newer better GPUs to offer us looking for one.

My current build from 6 years ago is Intel/Nvidia.

When Zen 2 and the next gen of AMDs GPUs are live, I'll be team red all the way.

Edit: I should specify, Im building a workstation more so than a gaming rig :-)
