As a Software Engineer, if you have been working for a while, CS50 it's like a quick summary course to your CS degree, quickly go through lots of the details and learn new languages, like Python, as you go along.

I originally study economics, and now I'm working as a software engineer by self-taught.

I totally agree with David, since I don't have much knowledge about programming at my university, CS50 would be one of the best choices for beginners, for who want to have a friendly course to start with coding including myself.

After working for a while, I still take time to review this course, and each time I comeback I understand a little bit more, and keep it in my mind longer.

Just give it a shot, its free and you can skip any parts that you've already known!

Currently in my second to last year of high school and recently I started seriously thinking about how to code because I am a complete beginner at it. I just found out about CS50 and it has been one of the best pieces of free educational content I have ever seen. You have access to the full lectures, notes, problem sheets and there’s a whole transcript for you to look at as well. If you are like me and are interested in learning computer science definitely take some time out to do this course because so far it has been and awesome experience. I feel like after this I will be confident and ready to take on college and hopefully get a full time software engineering job somewhere down the line.

Yes you should take CS50 as a professional software engineer.
I follow CS50 almost every year, and it's a great "wetstone" to sharpen your skills on. Try restricting yourself by not using solutions you already used. Use different languages to do the same etc..
You will become a better software engineer.

I am a masters in computer science and I am just exiting the junior level in embedded software engineering. Even though I found the theory, C and Python really easy because of my background, the course introduced me for the first time to the basics of databases and SQL, and web development. There is no way, even with formal training, you are not going to benefit in one way or another from this course.
