Tbh genshin exploration is way more fun than withering waves, also I just like the vibe genshin gives. And the lore is WAAAAY better

Tbh the only thing genshin needs to improve on is combat, character access, and resin

Resin is everywhere, you need it for everything, especially artifacts, character exp, and mora. But there’s no way to get it except for events, quests, or just waiting for a day to fill it up just once. And grinding for your artifacts is really hard

Combat, no explanation needed except for the fact that it’s basically just “e, q, click click, e e” or “e, q, hold left click then watch everyone around u die from a kamehameha”

And last one, character access, no explanation needed, the game is not f2p friendly

Im 100% convinced that after playing wuthering waves there's no going back to genshin for me because this game is very unique and there's something that really hooked me in. Fast paced assassins creed vibes, no slowpoke shts, so far im lovin this game

i love how wuwa looks and wanna play it so bad but i still like genshin more ngl, reasons being: the lore, bright colours and the designs overall. they seem dumb and unreasonable but it's usually 90% of the reason i play games i like 😭

It took me 2 months to find out what I need to farm for arlecchino… now she‘s level 50 and I’m on my way to get her to 60. TEAM GENSHIN!!!! Also, I’m a loyal genshin player and never played any other hyoverse or any other game similar to genshin. I spent nearly 300 pink wishes worth (ca. 600€) on genshin cosplay. It‘s worth it.

I’m going to be real honest here. I had higher expectations for Wuthering. I love the combat but the story is bland. The game feels empty somehow. I stopped playing it and will prob continue it whenever I have time. Probably. Not hating, this is just my humble opinion on the game.

Everything else isnt quite accurate, the game is ugly af, super badly optimized, laggy, doesnt run on anything unless u have a NASA pc.
The combat seemed cooler, but its repetitive, and lets be honest, you just sit with one char all the time, it doesnt really have rotations and stuff, its way less complex of a battle the genshin.

But at the end of the day, its new, its fun as well and more its something actually really good for the player base, makes mihoyo try harder and gives players new options and even the possibility to find something more to their own style

I played WW first before Genshin Impact because i couldn't download it. At first i disliked WW because i always held GI in high regards and since WW was just a replacement for me, after a few days i got bored and deleted it. As i delete the game, i have no idea why I couldn't realize that i can actually download Genshin Impact this whole time and so i did. I was able to play my long dreamed game but as i play Genshin Impact longer and saw the greatness of Wuthering Waves although its not optimized since it just came out, i will come back from it as long as they fix(improve*) the VA because its really uncomfortable 😓
<I still prefer Genshin though>
P.S I miss the Grapling, dodging, Intro(especially this one), echo system and the combat mechanic 😢

And it gives a lot of free wishes, like i log back in the game one day and it i claim some rewards i got, than it gave me 57 cyan wishes and 32 gold wishes (the wishes were 10-20 rewards each not like it actually gave me 57 wishes)

After playing for a month since it's launch(still playing), I would say the first week of the game was really addicting, almost neglected Genshin, but after some more days, the game started to feel so monotone, the environment doesn't feel unique wherever you go, one week and already feels like I've already in the end game, already have all golden echoes, new characters doesn't have any excitement, (in yinlin's case she was not part of the main story but just a story quest)feels no attachment to the characters except their design, (tacit fields take 60wave which allows you to only farm 4times) too many substats makes the rng hell, just 2 weeks later, i am already just opening it for daily's and closing it right after. (Damn I yapped a lot.)

I’ve grinded 7 hours for yinlin and I finally got her at 69 pity we need more quest for the astrites but overall the game is really good if u like gameplay mechanics

The only reason I didn't download this game is because my PC shows red flag to the website. I turned off the protection antivirus to try again, this time windows itself said "are you sure you want to continue, this website looks dangerous blah blah" and it was official website. So, I truly want to play sooo much but I won'tjust because of this reason.

I really like both games, and wuwa has better combat and graphics, but the story in genshin is better and the scenery is good (sumeru carries to be honest) the only reason i don't play wuwa rn is that i am already burnt out of gacha games and artifact farming

I Like Wuthering waves but they need to make their story inresting it’s kinda boring in my opinion and…

They should make more colourful and lively characters tbh and more lively environment and make us feel the vibe of the game

Like for example in honkai star rail when I play it I actually feel the emotions in the game and it feels kinda lively in its own way

(It isnt a fair comparison so yeah I know if I compared genshin everyone would crap on me even tho I like wuwa, honkai star rail and genshin)
