I love Taylor he’s so sweet and a good husband and father. I love their family because they are good Christians. Living off the land is the best I love the ranch life chickens, raises your own honey
I grew up on a farm - hick town and we lived off our garden. There was 8 of us munchkins running around. I loved coming home from school and eating home made bread, home made pies.
We were never sick either but a few ear aches because we played outside from dawn to dusk in the cold sometimes without our hats. But Taylor you will love living off the land.

P.S. I love the way you measure your ingredients. Thats exactly how we REAL cooks do it. I'm 75 and I actually never measure anymore. I can "just tell" when things are right.

Pears go in friut salads and are good on cottage cheese for a protein & fruit snack. Pear cobbler yum.

Sometimes you have to cure pears in cold storage or at least ripen off the tree. Pears are different that way.
