Binance was founded in China by a Chinese Canadian, he worked at McDonald's in Vancouver growing up.

They moved out of China a couple of years ago when China banned Cryptos there. To say it is a Chinese company is misleading, Binance is a very international company. It's also misleading to suggest that Binance SINGLE HANDEDLY took down FTX, for SBF and FTX was literally stealing customer's funds.
