I went Vegan 8 months ago. After topping at a weight of 303, I decided to get up and be present in my health. I have 4 different chronic and thermal illnesses . So WITH MONITORING FROM MY DR I went Vegan. I have lost 78 pounds and have reversed under-active thyroid, high cholesterol, fatty liver, type 2 diabetes, and have gone off all those medications for those problems.

I have been a yo yo dieter all of my life phew! Its tough on your body and your psyche🦋I have found a new way to do it and its working great...My motto is “Big Losers NEVER QUIT!!!!” Giving up after a major food boo-boo is soooo easy, now, getting up put of the pitty pool is hard. I have learned that mistakes are just part of the human weakness program. I had to sincerely forgive my self and move on! It made it much easier to learn how to love and forgive others too. I don’t restrict myself of foods I love and that really makes me feel more empowered to easily choose whole foods. If I have something thats not so good for me, its moderation that keeps the extra calories in check and they cant replace the two other main meals of the day. Those are filling and nutritionally balanced. No refined sugar or flour. I feel like a winner every time Im a loser!!!! Learning to choose something instead of binging or going all out on a food that your craving is a real game changer!

I tried a lot of ways to lose pounds. But what actually work is when I changed my habit by walking 3.2 miles a day. Just walk. Everyday.

I have been doing it 3 weeks now. My cravings are slowing down, I eat smaller portion, my body demand for a walk everyday, I sleep better, and most important is I feel happier. Just walk.

Whuuu!! I love food...!! I eat everything in moderate and stop when feeling full i stopped starving my self cause it leads to binge eating, drink lots of water, and keep active 20_30min a day dancing, jogging or home workout exercise.. I feel good and dropping some pounds.. I love it because i'll stick with it for a long run and can maintain my weight.... Simple me and i love it no hustle

One tactic I find help full is to dedicate an hour (not just 20 min) to being active. Also I focus less on on calories, and more on eating diverse, balanced meals. Usually with reasonable portions fruit, veggies, grains/carbs, dairy, and meat all in one meal. I'd say both habits work well together.

I have a meal plan and I do a variety of foods. I don't restrict myself I eat the things I enjoy in moderation. Also I drink more water and I stay active. I try to get better sleep. Also I am working on decreasing dosage of a prescription meds that might be slowing down my weight loss. I am learning to choose better snacks. I don't consider my program a diet it's a lifestyle change. I am a weight watcher member

Look for those triggers that cause you to eat and have a plan to deal with it. For example small baggies with carrot sticks and a handful of nuts and a cup of tea when you’re stressed instead of reaching for the ice cream 🍨 The cravings will soon pass

Don't work out, walk slowly for hours til you can't walk anymore. I lost an UNBELIEVABLE amount of weight more than I did on the treadmill!
