Lost Ark is Amazon's best bet currently if they fail with this one, they can't be helped.

I understand a lot of players frustrations about the lack of transparency when it comes to Lost Ark - I've been there before countless times now. But in the case of Amazon Game Studio, New World, Lost Ark and the late LOTR MMO, I think it's pretty understandable why AGS has taken the rout of silence.
The pressure to execute New World properly was increased exponentially when LOTR was cancelled. NW was their primary focus before releasing Lost Ark, which can be argued to be its greatest competitor when it releases. It would be detrimental to hype up Lost Ark amidst the discontent and uncertainty surrounded NW, a game their development studio is all-in on.
At the end of the day I think the best case scenario is they bite the bullet and further delay New World until it is truly market ready and in the mean time focus on publishing Lost Ark, a complete product, until the incubation period for New World is over.

My opinion is that they won't release LA unfortunately before New World. Since NW is delayed currently if i'm not mistaken till August (?), it looks like we won't have LA released before Q4.

I agree with you. This time AGS is publishing only, the game is ready so I don't think they will mess up the game itself. The problem is that if they don't start advertising it nobody will know about Lost Ark and if only a few of us are playing maybe they will shut down the servers within a year. I don't think they are unaware of how advertising works, they are choosing not to advertise the game. That may be cuz of contractual issues or just bad decisions (like for crucible, I think?)

IMHO. Someone should reach Amazon Games (their Public Relations or people from the studios) and send this message.
I'm just curious, if Lost Ark NA/EU fan base is big, why we cannot make an appointment and visit them, ask directly or make an interview with them, pay them to speak truly for the sake of Lost Ark future in NA/EU? How much does it cost to make that happen?

The problem is, we do not have a real candidates with big influence from NA/EU LAO fan base to make a "bridge" with the Publisher and able to talk with them directly, and with that we can get an official news for LAO directly from them too for the future.

they wanted to hold lost ark hostage for them self coz lost ark will have destroyed new world and they didnt want anyone else to get lost ark coz they will kick them self and regret it later for not getting it so they are holding it as safe thing to fall back to if new world fail

If ever this would be a reality, I think you can put trust this time on Amazon. Because they not if a game is shit or not and pursue the best interest of their customers to play it. I think there's not much to change with Lost Ark, coz it's been out to several market and doing well. So, they just have to provide it as it is. Just have some more faith and less worry my friend

There was an time where i was hyped for this game, but since we dont have it in EU/West yet there is nothing to be hyped about. Played a white on ru. Love the game

There's a clip out there, about 40 min duration, that describes the history, model and mentality of Amazon Games. Long story short...they didn't have any success with anything so far, except taking over Twitch (and that's a success for them, not for us the players/gamers/streamers). Also that clip explains why "Lumberyard Is Killing This Company"...which makes perfect sense when you filter out the information :)

Just my 2 cents : yeah, we should be worried :(
