Now, I am 27 years old. I was 18 years old when bipolar Disorder- first episode happened. 9 yesrs of life ruined due to bipolar Disorder. I observed and noticed that in a year, these episodes happens again and again. Sometime I feel that I have superpower and during the month of December, I fee depressed.

Mujhe sir actually bipolar disorder hain due to a relationship I had a decade ago. Never got affection and went through a lot. I am still on medication. But when the thought of loneliness creeps in I react extremely. Ma ko samajh nahi a raha tha but she took me to a psychiatrist and working on it. Most of the times I am scared agar mein iske waje se pura pagal ho gaya toh mere career aur passion ka Kiya bohot kuch karna chata hu, but I am scared of losing my sanity.
