the last tip is soooo true. after i started learning basic sewing skills and thrifting i’ve been getting so many compliments on my clothes. and it’s extremely satisfying customizing something to your exact tastes and measurements and essentially having a piece that nobody else has. i highly suggest investing in a sewing machine!! it’s seriously worked wonders for me.
