I have e trouble. I have a small app pyqt, i need open external app, an then continue with my pyqy app, but only app external open, my pyqt app no open. Only open my app when close the external app. I need both things running at same time.

Anyone else have problem with the CMD pulling up? I am thinking it might be a new security update? Or is my setting preventing this? I was able to open up notepad with this method.
