I had last year a block in my throat chakra I had no confidence to speak up or even have a on going conversation.
I was getting tonsil infections so bad to the point they'd swell up and my jaw would be locked.
I had a situation happen to me that made me start opening up and talking more and ever since then I do not get infections/ sick anymore! Very crazy stuff!!

Thank you for this video. I find your energy so refreshing! So genuine and truly attempting to help others. I know I think linearly, I am human but if the crown chakra is blocked does the energy then only trickle through the other 6 chakras? Or if a chakra is stuck wide open is the reverse true? I am curious about one chakra with sticky stagnant energy of the past my root chakra is it possible to offset that with the solar plexus chakra being stuck wide open? How do they interact or affect each other? You mentioned this earlier in your video. Does reiki help with this? How about acupuncture, have you heard anything? I want someone else to do it for me until I know how it's supposed to be or feel when they are all balanced.
