A wise lesson in Empathy: With billions of us humans on earth it's incredible to see how we are all connected and similar in many ways. At the same time we are all individuals with our own opinions, thoughts and values. At times, we can feel so strongly about something that it could blind us from seeing the bigger picture or taking into account that there's more than one way to approach the situation. Perhaps if we took a moment to step into the other person's shoes we will see where that person is coming from and by doing so it will make all the difference.

I love how the professor in these videos is always so nice. Teachers at my school can't really solve problems in the right way. Sometimes it can go for ages and this professor is just very calm and wise and really has respect for the younger ones too. Now I get it. We must think everyone's opinion in their perspective. Accept what they think that's right, and accept what you think your opinion is.

Ahhhh!! I love this lesson! I used to lead an all girls ahavas Yisroel group and I actually did this once where I had the group split up on either end of the table. Each group was so sure that they were right until I turned the ball and they understood. We absolutely loved the message and I think everyone should hear it. Thanks Meir! ;)
