Last year in Sackett v. EPA, SCOTUS greatly restricted the EPA's ability to restrict filling wetlands. So expect a lot more wetlands to be filled in.

Finally a clear, concise report of the hurricane aftermath. Showing affected areas on the map gives real context vs picturing a random tree toppled across a random road!

No. Tampa to Ocala is about a 3 hour drive, not 6.

rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, rinse and repeat, this is a cycle of insanity. "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, "

Tampa is in a lowland so water won’t go anywhere.

Florida is pretty low. How fast can it really drain?

This is great urban planning. Just like Houston. Unfettered and unregulated building with zero planning. In my lifetime the population is 4X larger in Florida and Texas. Then you look at countries like Brazil, same BS. Too many people living in places not capable of supporting this extreme growth.

I'm next to St Johns River, it's a bit flooded like in King Tides with full moon. It is flooded bad down south, but that's always flooded because it's swamp. Who the hell buys a house there ?? You go to bldg & zoning and it's the first thing u ask BEFORE you buy.

And the GREEDY and RUTHLESS builders are building a more than 40 story building right there, in central Tampa. Many suckers will fall for it

Good grief, it takes time for so much water to drain off. This 30 second self entitled society is beyond disturbing. Get a grip people. Stop whining and roll up your sleeves, get busy.
