I feel like patients need to be set up with therapy that fits their needs. I feel like I wasted a lot of time in therapy in the beginning. There were a lot of side conversations, taking away from my time. They just sat me on a stepper and went to another room to do other things. Also they just put E stim on my arm and just had me sit there, while they did paperwork. You only get 1 hr. I was miserable going to therapy during that time. They would give me passing scores, then discharge me, bur I felt they were just pushing me out. Now I'm back in therapy and advocated for myself this time and now I'm working with therapist on things I want addressed, to get back to do some things I enjoy. My new therapist really push me to focus on my arm and leg, I've gotten much better in the last few months, plus I do the same therapy at home on my own.

Thanks again for all the free helpful advice. I’m somebody who has multiple injuries to my head, neck, pelvis, ankle, wrist, and spine with neuropathy. I’ve only recently added biking indoors & lifting to my long walking and occasional weight lifting. And I was so excited to get some sensations in my legs & in particular the more injured and numb side recently. It hurt a little, but I just wanted to say switching things up seems to be really beneficial! As is losing weight after sitting so much of course too. I’m hoping my gait will continue to improve to a full recovery. 🙏🏻It’s insane how sometimes the treatment you need isn’t fully covered by insurance.

Hello, here we have to work on the nerve pathway starting from the neck down to the shoulder to the scapula.

The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell will help in the overall process, in fact all the movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck

I recommend people to look into aquatic therapy in their vicinity. Practice in a zero gravity environment help ease the joints while training for more control and balance.

I dont get the idea that If you cant do it right, dont do it. Then how do you start to learn? The first time, you wont be good, its with practice. And that would involve avoiding/correcting your mistake(S)
