Bizet's Toreador Song is part of the Overture to one of the most well-loved operas of all time, Carmen. Toreador song is the ubiquitous song for the piece "Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre". As the name suggests, the song is sung by the bullfighter as he enters in act 2. The song has appeared in popular culture: for instance, it was used as diagetic music in Five Nights at Freddy's as a creepy music-box style tune to elicit terror. The Toreador Song has been rearranged countless times for different ensembles and is enjoyed around the world.

This piano arrangement of the Overture (including Toreador Song) from Carmen is by the composer, Georges Bizet, himself. It is quite difficult, but very rewarding and would be a stellar showpiece for a concert! Have fun!

This splendid tune reminds me of when I attended the feast of 87’ at Frederick Fitzgerald Fazbear’s Diner. I was accompanied by Chica Chestershire, Bonnebel Bunningsworth and Wolfgang Foxbury II. A splendid feast it was! I can remember everything that happened there, even though I was mere young man at that time. Though after it had become sunset, they all started acting quite mundane and “quirky.” I had to spend 5 evenings at the location. It was a lovely experience I will never forget! I thank my comrades Frederick, Chica, Bonnebel and Foxbury for giving me such a wonderful experience!
