I play this song whenever we turn off the lights in my house.

My friend played this song (by my suggestion) at his sleepover when they turned off the lights. And all of them being fnaf fans literally screamed

I think this has gotten far enough out of the FNaF community that a lot of people who don’t know anything else about FNaF know this song’s association with the games

I play this in my bear costume when the power cuts out. Truly the reaction each time. Especially the time no one was in the costume and it was still moving.

Ah yes the Toreador March. A classic song made in 1887 by Sir William Afenington the 3rd. It is often played by Sir Fitzgerald Francis fazbearington the 3rd. This song is usually played on long periods of office hours when the fire lit on the candle has penetrated the wick of the candle and the light has been extinguished.

Edit: Mother I have entertained many viewers using this comment.

One time at a sleepover I locked my friends in a dark room and played this while standing next to the door. It was perfect.

i remember in my 4th grade music class, the teacher had us sing toreador every few classes, and while we were singing, the only thing going on in the back of my brain was fnaf.

Guys we lost power, uh-oh Freddy's here.

The reaction time is absolutely perfect. It's not _quite_ instant, just long enough for the "oh shit" moment to kick in.

I feel like this is something everyone who was alive in 2016 recognizes

Fun fact: For my December band concert we are playing Toreador March, I’ve never been happier in my life.

Reference:

In the first ever Five Nights At Freddy’s game (FNAF 1), If your power runs out by using the doors, lights or cameras too much, your power will run out. After this the office is tinted blue and a varying few seconds later, the song played in the video will play along with the main antagonist of the game, Freddy Fazbear, standing at your doorway with a flashing face. This will mean possible death, therefore, the scared person is a FNAF player and the other person is not.

There is another reference with the music box, meaning the song was used with an eerie format by Scott Cawthon, Famous indie horror game creator and creator of FNAF, and that being on the music box helps amplify the creepiness before the jumpscare and the loss of the night. I hope this paragraph helped Non-FNAF fans or people who are interested. Have a good day. 🙂

Imagine just lying down in bed about to fall asleep with random music box songs, and then, it begins.

When I did my talent show today, I played this on recorder and made my friend turn off the lights. Everyone knew what was going on and they were absolutely terrified! It was beautiful.

Edit one: OH MY GOSH 500 LIKES?!?
