My Nana has been battling terminal cancer, and in the midst of all her pain and discomfort James gave her something to look forward to every week. She LOVES Jeopardy, and when James started his winning streak she couldn't stop talking about it. For 30 minutes he took all her worries away as she was so focused on the game. So thank you for giving that to her James, it has meant a lot to me and my family. ❤️

James is a gentleman and a scholar. What a dear fellow .. I was emotional when he handed Alex his daughter's get well card to Alex and also at the end of the game. I think Alex was sad, too. (Now it's Tuesday .. oh no.)

Jeopardy became interesting again during James reign. Our interests had waned over the last few years....but he sure put the spark back in it. We even rearranged our schedules, as to not miss an episode. Sadly, we are back to "if we miss it, we miss it...no big deal". He was the whole package. Amazing brilliance, massively varied and all inclusive knowledge....but the icing on the cake, was his totally charming presence, sweet 'light-up' smile....class....you name it, he had it. So sad to see him go.

There went a champion with class...and lots of it! I hated to see him lose because he showed both brilliance and a great sense of humor throughout his tenancy is Position #1 on the stage. Thank you for entertaining me for well over a month of shows! Good luck and continued success to you!

It's hard to believe, but I didn't learn of James until The Chase. I, myself can't believe it, but when I was made aware of him, I was in awe. There's something about his eyes that sparkle when he speaks, and his excellent poker skills give him a poker face about whether he knows each and every question. I thoroughly enjoy his pleasant attitude and he's seemingly as forthcoming. I wish he could find some niche show where he would fit, because with his sarcasm and dry humor, in addition to the intelligent and well-traveled man that he is, he'd do so well. IDK if there's media training that's involved (probably so), but he's probably already undergone a lot of direction in his achievement. Either way, I'd love to see him with his own vehicle in the entertainment industry! Love this guy's laid-back demeanor, despite such high-stakes at risk often.

Sad to hear that you lost! I was hoping you would go on and on! You certainly showed us how to be a great winner and also a gracious loser!
