would absolutely LOVE to see Ken Jennings vs James holzhauer

How ironic a professional sports gambler in James Holzhauer and a bar tender from NY in Auston Rogers and the forgotten player David Madden an Art Historian who had a 19 game win streak snapped by Julia Collins, people who aren’t the lawyers, professors or people with master’s degrees or better come on the show and totally dominate everyone. My prediction is that James will break Ken Jennings money record but it will be hard for him to win 74 straight games with the way he’s playing one miss of a big daily double or final it’s over. The way to beat James is for a contestant to come in and do two things, 1) don’t be intimidated by him 2) don’t let him get any daily doubles if you can do that you can beat him.

Fun fact: Ken's 74 games win streak could've easily been a 0 game win streak; on his very first day, he had some tough competition so he only had a small lead going into Final Jeopardy and nearly got ruled incorrect in Fnal Jeopardy as he only gave the last name of Jones in his answer.

I get excited when I know 1 answer....a few weeks ago I knew the final answer and I wanted to throw a party. This is incredible and definitely needed to bring more love to the game.

James had done an amazing run after making it over $2 million dollar record. Don't know if he can match Ken Jennings' winning streak but who knows. I'm sure he'll be doing just fine, he's definitely my idol for Jeopardy and I've respect him a lot even Ken Jennings.

Who remembers watching Jeopardy in the 60's when they had someone behind the board lifting the cover to expose the question? I was 10 and loved watching it then.

3 of my favorite players of all time. I was very excited to see this. Especially Alex Jacob's take on James, since I was also thinking they have very similar styles of playing.

i think that james is a combination of Alex Jacob's gambling habits partially and ken or brad's quiz knowledge( or any high level player knowledge wise) . like ken said he may go to 100 games . his strategy is clearly made for this kind of game, and the strategy is flawless 27 games in.

James is an awesome player. The betting strategy is rare and is really what is putting him ahead of the competition. When he gets a Daily Double he takes advantage of it.

I wish I had a time machine so I could zip forward and watch Ken Brad and James play.

Then I would come back in time and live my life according to schedule.

If Nate would have done a true daily double in the second round he would have had an additional 7400 points and enough to win on final question. I was surprised that he didn't double, knowing what he was up against.

Love Jeopardy, James is an excellent player.

You can't win any money on the program unless you're a contestant (yeah, that's obvious). That was the hard part for James, playing the game of getting on the game - because when I first saw him I was shocked they let him on the show.

He resembles a cyborg whose already-prodigal skills are being refined as he continues to play. This "acclimation equity" is the ultimate intangible.



The one thing they should do if they don't is to randomly shuffle the Daily Double position(s) after each selection. Other than that, there isn't a whole lot you can do or should do. In the meantime, it's nice to see another fellow professional gambler kicking butt.

He is almost at the $2 Million Mark, and we're still watching his winning streak continue on Jeopardy! as James Holzhauer continues his reign as Jeopardy! Champion.
