I went to Victoria Canada in 2004 when I was active duty in the US Navy the people were awesome and super friendly. Me and a bunch of friends went to eat lunch at a local restaurant and this man came in and paid for our lunch all 15 of us thanked us for our service and we asked the waiter if she knew him she said he always has lunch there he’s a Local and he was a attorney there too and he’s super friendly. Victoria was awesome and fun and beautiful.

Toronto isnt actually in the top ten according to most rankings, Aukland, New Zealand, Melboounr and Sdyeny Australia are in the top ten in MOST rankings, Copenhagen and Vienna, unfortunatlely are absurd to be considered, mainly it's TOO cold there for TOO long duirng the year, this is NOT coducive to good living conditions. Copenhagen also has a tax rate of over 50% and really NO where to go for a decent holiday. Vienna is a bit cold too, not that friendly but does have a good transport system and close to good holiday destinations, but if you want sunshine and a laid back lifestyle it isn't in Vienna.
