I learned this decision making while sewing. It's better to measure twice and cut once. If the fabric is really expensive you measure 20 times and then cut.

On the other hand, a one-way door decision is a decision that is extremely difficult or impossible to reverse once made. These are typically high-risk, high-impact decisions that require a significant commitment of resources and have long-lasting consequences.

Examples of one-way door decisions might include:
- Acquiring another company
- Launching a new business line that requires major investment
- Moving the company's headquarters
- Making a significant technological transition (e.g., switching platforms)

I am very curious about what he is taking. His voice has changed dramatically which happens when drugs like steroids lengthen the vocal chords, causing the voice to deepen. He's also added a lot of muscle at an age when it's not realistic to.
