I learned this decision making while sewing. It's better to measure twice and cut once. If the fabric is really expensive you measure 20 times and then cut.

A two-way door decision is a decision that is reversible or temporary. It's a decision that can be undone or altered later if it doesn't work out as expected. These types of decisions involve relatively low risk and are easier to course-correct if needed.

Examples of two-way door decisions might include:
- Hiring a new employee
- Launching a new product or feature
- Entering a new market or geographic region
- Trying out a new marketing campaign

If these decisions don't work out as planned, the company can reverse them relatively easily by firing the employee, discontinuing the product, exiting the market, or changing the marketing approach.

On the other hand, a one-way door decision is a decision that is extremely difficult or impossible to reverse once made. These are typically high-risk, high-impact decisions that require a significant commitment of resources and have long-lasting consequences.

Examples of one-way door decisions might include:
- Acquiring another company
- Launching a new business line that requires major investment
- Moving the company's headquarters
- Making a significant technological transition (e.g., switching platforms)

How do you determine what is truly a one way door decision vs one way door decision? I need clear parameters.

Yeah, super important technical decisions like "should we have A/Cs in our warehouses or just park ambulances in the parking lot when people start dropping dead from heat stroke or exhaustion?"

I am very curious about what he is taking. His voice has changed dramatically which happens when drugs like steroids lengthen the vocal chords, causing the voice to deepen. He's also added a lot of muscle at an age when it's not realistic to.

Wise, but how do you tell the difference between light and heavy decisions?

I wonder which decision making process was purchasing and making the failure that was Rings Of Power? Given that it caused the cancelation of shows that were actually profitable like Ms. Maisel. And has now forced the platform to run ads on their shows. Oh and another seasom is coming out. Most expensive failure other than maybe Disney's star wars lol

Hmm, easy decisions like letting warehouse employees use the bathroom whenever they need to without big brother breathing down their neck? Basic human decency should be a core business value.
