Are you running the lines above the heat source that is melting them? You are far less likely to encounter problems if you can get them below the heat source. Also consider a shield panel of some kind between the line and heat source.

Use new lock washers on drive shaft bolts every time. With hoses that are melting, wrap with black header fiberglass then DEI aluminized fiberglass heat shielding. You can go a step further and install everything over the silicone wrap if you have room.

Stainless steel lines retain more heat and the fittings soak so cover those ends with something reflective as well. An air gap with a metal heat shield dividing the exhaust from any lines will help a ton. Air gaps are very important insulators that's why factory exhaust use so many of them. The silicone stuff should be no closer than 6" from any 900°F stuff.

Just as old engineer here..
but insulation on the lines only slows them getting hot... it doesn't really allow the lines to operate above maximum temp. Cool the lines or use hard lines.

I'm going to have to start posting this on every video, I hope people upvote it too so you can see it. Cross-drill all your bolt heads and lockwire everything. It'll save you a lot of time and trouble having to constantly check and retighten all the bolts multiple times between drives.

You should see how Collette Davis (a professional driver and youtuber) mounted her tablet into the dash of her drift car. She made a flush mount mental box that we made angles and the tablet velcros in. Looks very clean and sleek.

Either re-route the lines to the other side of the engine or hard line all the hoses /lines so the terminate away- the plastic/nylon lines will just cook from all the turbo heat / heat soak no matter how much you wrap them or other items.

Also allowing a proper and extended cool down after a run will help with the heat soak.
