I have taken your advice. The document converts into Word or PDF easily but the text distorts slightly. How can I solve this problem?

Thank for the clear instructions. However, I'd hoped to actually "attach" my document to an email I've already composed. So, not really clear on how to do it. (I don't want to send my document separately.) At one time it was a simple matter of clicking on the paper clip in gmail and selecting the document to be attached.
