Good morning David: No fasting time for you in this one; eating after midnight and going to bed after your sleep time. Poor baby; off your schedule LoL. I love what you and Jafar ate and to see how the food was prepared and grilled. No oils, extra fats or butter. Healthy enough. The bread with the lamb reminds me of a quesadilla without cheese. Everything looked delicious and my stomach is full just looking at Jafar and you enjoying all of it. Good that you drank the hot tea (too much sugar) before, but you should have had another hot one afterwards to help melt the natural fats in the meat and to help with digestion. Anyway I could see that you were both on your last legs so I hope you all had a good night's sleep. Now, let's see what you did next day. BTW: nice, clean kitchen. Well done.💓🇹🇹🇨🇦
