i'm staying up late to study and have been struggling with a question for a few minutes and i looked up 'partial fractions and binomial expansions' and i'm so relieved that you have a video with exactly what i was looking for. you're a great teacher and being a stressed out student staying up late to study in ramadan i actually cannot emphasize enough how grateful i am for your videos. thank you soso much.

how many marks do you reckon a question like this would be worth? Not the hardest but they take ages and as you say they are prone to errors.

I am going in chronological order and can’t do the expansion bit st the end. Is this covered in a later video????

So why can't you expand it like this: (3x+7)(2-3x)^-1(1+3x)^-1 and then work that out? I tried it and it worked... So is using partial fractions just to make it easier and more manageable?
