I’m a 70 year old man and I love my tears. Happy tears, sad tears, full of grief, they all tell me something . Last week I cried when I saw my 4 year old granddaughter and when I steeped myself in the emotion i realised it was because I suddenly had the thought that I probably won’t live to see her grow up to be a women, Im crying now. ❤️

I never saw my dad cry ever. He was such a hard man. When my mom got cancer and then passed away that's what broke him. It took him losing the love of his life for 45 years to break down and shed a tear. But when i saw that it made me respect my dad more. He needed to let it out after all those years of holding it in. Men should never be afraid to show emotions. Now if its constant crying it may be a problem.
